FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What age limits do you have? 16 and up.
I haven't worked out in a while, can I still join a boot camp? Yes! You will go at your own pace and the instructor will help you modify exercises to your personal fitness level.
Who teaches the camp and what are their qualifications?
How do I register? Go to Urban Health and Fitness or Total Fitness to fill out the paper work and register. Do it the day we begin or earlier to take advantage of specials and hold your spot.
What if the weather is not suitable to exercise out doors? If out doors is not safe due to inclement weather we will move indoors to the Urban Fitness Facility or Total Fitness.
Do I need any special equipment? Just a good pair of sneakers and a bottle of water. Some people bring work out gloves to protect hands while we are on the concrete.
What is Body Composition? If you choose this option we will complete a through analysis of your body's composition of fat and muscle before and after your six week session.
What is the Food Plan? If you choose this option you will be given a meal plan suited for you and your body type to achieve optimal performance and results.
What if I can't go to them all? It is $20 per session if you buy them individually. Class passes are also available in groups of 10 for $150.00. These options will allow you to choose session times based on space available.
Are there modifications for injuries or special needs? Yes- this activity is for all fitness levels.
